Free MYSQL Text editors using Windows XP?

Hi! Can anyone tell me a good (free) MYSQL text editor that has syntax at least syntax highlighting and text folding.

Thanks
Correct me if I am wrong but text folding in my understanding is the ability to hide lines of codes in a block, while word/text wrapping is when the editor places the preceding words on the next line instead of extending the work area indefinitely. Still, thank you for your suggestion and I will try it out.

Secure Notepad – besic text editor

Secure Notepad is a basic text editor geared towards protecting your data. Very similar to the Notepad included with Windows in terms of editing features, it stands out with features of advanced encryption. The encryption algorithm used is Blowfish, powered by OpenSSL, which are two technologies that have proven in the field of data security. The capability to set the strength of encryption largely used in the file you want such as Image, MP3 archive, etc..  A great initiative.
