TwitterMy disk drive on my macbook no longer works, and in the process, it ruined my Microsoft Office 2008 download disk. I had to clear my hard drive and expected to be able to just reinstall it (I have 3 installation keys), but found out the disk doesn’t work. Is there any way I can download it for free? Or if I download the trial version, is there ever an option to upgrade to full version using the installation key?

The trial version cannot be activated as a full version.
In addition, you need to use the uninstaller to remove the trial version before you install the full version so it really isn’t the way.
One solution is to use somebody else’s install CD with your serial number :-
